The sixth meeting of a program launched in after the beginning of the full scale invasion to support human rights defenders from Russia, Belarus, with cooperation from Ukraine focused on combating impunity and documenting war crimes. With Russia and Belarus no longer able to access the European Court of Human Rights, discussions emphasized the importance of universal jurisdiction to promote accountability and reinforce the principle that no one is above the law. Stakeholders reiterated the need for legal mechanisms that protect human rights and end injustices in the region.
