The book is devoted to the project of a post-Russian era, which could begin in the event of Russia’s defeat in the imperial war against Ukraine. From the author’s perspective, post-Soviet Russia remained an empire, and therefore the origins of its current crisis should be sought in the rejection of the perestroika model of contractual confederation. The author proposes his vision of a peaceful and democratic de-imperialization of Russia.
