This publication contains the primary materials of the anniversary XXV international scientific-practic conference in the field of political sciences, held on May 26−27, 2018 in Barnaul (Altai territory).
The conference considered the main results of the Russian transformation in the last 25 years of the country’s modern history, including the issues of the state and prospects of the European, Russian and regional economies in crisis conditions; development problems of the political system and civil society; the dynamic picture of the social sphere and the role of human capital, of Russia’s foreign policy in the conditions of economic sanctions and confrontation with the West was presented.
The publication is intended for political scientists, historians, sociologists, economists, international scholars, researchers of civil society issues in Russia, as well as those interested in the socio-political situation in the country.
