Larysa Pylgun

Since 2015 has been evaluating projects to help veterans and people affected by war, as well as post-war reconstruction programs.

She works with state (central government and local self-government bodies), international (UN, USAID, EU) and non-governmental organizations, and foundations working in Ukraine (Renaissance International Fund, Eastern Europe Fund and others). § In 2022, she joined the documentation of war crimes in the Kyiv region. Ms. Pylgun is a co-founder and board member of the Ukrainian Evaluation Association and has played an important role in promoting the development of evaluation practice in Ukraine. Until 2015, Larysa Pylgun worked both in education and civil service. She has Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration. She is also a certified teacher of European integration.
