Lolia served in the Latvian Parliament and chaired the European Affairs Committee. She is currently working with the OSCE, the European Commission, NDI, UNDP and teaching political economy at the Stockholm School of Economics. She has also led election missions for the OSCE from 2020 to 2023, promoting democratic processes worldwide.
