Marcia Levy, a British lawyer, established and led the Moscow office of an international law firm from 1991 to 1995 and on her return to London she was head of the firm’s emerging markets group and head of business development. From 2004 to 2016 she sat as a Circuit Judge, specialising in family and criminal law.
